Coffey has been authorised by DFID and the Federal Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity of Ethiopia to manage the procurement of a Management Information System (MIS) for the OWNP. The MIS solution is to be financed by DFID's Critical Gaps Fund. Coffey now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the provision of a Management Information System (MIS) IT solution for the OWNP, including design, supply, installation and maintenance of the system. Procurement will be conducted through international competitive bidding (ICB) using Request for Bids (RFB) and is open to all eligible Bidders.
