The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is Simultaneously: • To Select Suppliers Of Material, Instruments And Laboratory Equipment And Other Products Necessary For Research And Teaching In The Different Laboratories And Units Of The University Of Barcelona (Ub) And The Ub Group. • To Select Products (Fixing Maximum Prices). • To Establish The Requirements And Conditions To Which Contracts Based On The Framework Agreement For The Supply Of These Products Must Be Subject. The Approval Of Suppliers Will Also Include That Of Their Respective Catalogues, Relating To The Products That Have To Do With The Object Of The Lots Of This Framework Agreement, As Well As The Fixing Of The Maximum Prices Of These. Likewise, And For Reasons Of Operational Efficiency, Another Objective Of The Framework Agreement Is To Facilitate The Procurement Of The Most Common Consumer Products From Among Those Listed In The Catalogues For Researchers And Managers.
