Description - Description: The DFS owns and uses an operational fallback air traffic control system called PHOENIX-CC at its four regional control centers. In a first step, the DFS wants to further develop this PHOENIX-CC for the Munich regional control center int o a fallback air traffic control system of the next generation (PHOENIX nG) and expand its functionality.
