Description - NoorderBasis is looking for one supplier who is able to supply Multifunctionals (MFCs) at all NoorderBasis locations. NoorderBasis wants to conclude a Framework Agreement with an initial term of five (5) years. And then have the option to extend this Framework Agreement for another two (2) times one (1) year. NoorderBasis wants to rent MFCs for a fixed price per month. This should be based on the number of MFCs specified in paragraph 2.3. Furthermore, NoorderBasis wants a fixed price per print (monthly settlement afterwards based on the actual prints made). This fixed price per print includes the consumption costs (including toner), maintenance and further services provided by the Contractor
