Description - Description: "The municipalities of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio and Vaksdal have established a joint ICT operating company, ICT Nordhordland municipal task force (IKTNH).
